We do not place headcount or operate as a staff augmentation provider.
We do not accept referral fees from vendors we evaluate or recommend.
Our preference is fixed-fee engagements with a defined scope. Where time-based arrangements make more sense, the structure and cost are agreed upfront — there are no open-ended retainers or ambiguous billing.
We do not design engagements that create dependency. The goal is always capability transfer.
